Top 101 Web Technologies

A host of web standards, web services, and various other web-enabled solutions are shaping the way Internet works today and the way it will work in the future. Such web technologies are materializing solutions that include on-demand CRM, user friendly e-commerce, integrated business-to-business supply chain systems, and many others. There are many sophisticated solutions that never get noticed yet are innovative enough and have the potential to become part of the larger equation. A host of other such solutions are currently being researched in educational and research institutions and have yet to see the light of day. This research aims to put a spotlight on all such technologies.

If you or your organization has any solution, technology, or standards that play (or have the potential to play) an integral part in various web and Internet-enabled solutions, you are welcome to submit your technology for consideration for this research.

Please note that your submitted technology / standard should have something to do with the Internet.

As part of this research, Hitech Dimensions will send you a detailed questionnaire and may ask you more questions subsequently to analyze the value of the solution. Hitech Dimensions will use its own methodology to rank the submissions. 

Hitech Dimensions publishes its research through Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, its website and other channels. As part of this research, Hitech Dimensions will publish its Top 101 technolgies list and distribute it through the following channels:

• Make the selected top 101 web technologies belonging to various categories available through Amazon.com
• Make the selected top 101 web technologies belonging to various categories available through BarnesandNoble.com
• Publish the top 101 blogs on the http://www.Top101WebTechnologies.com/ website
• Distribute the results through some of Hitech Dimensions’s other channels
• Issue another press release to declare the results of our 101 top picks

Even if your submitted technologies do not make it to the top 101 list, all submisions will be profiled on the www.Top101WebTechnologies.com website. This gives your company a large potential exposure.

The following are the rules of participation:

• Hitech Dimensions, Inc. reserves the right to reject an application due to its content and other reasons. If an application is rejected (i.e. submission not considered for evaluation), the application fees will be refunded.
• All submissions must be received by May 31, 2006 to be eligible for the evaluation and competition
• All submissions that are not picked in the top 101 list will still appear in the “Submitted technologies” section in the appropriate category
• Results will be announced on this website in summer of 2006 and final results will be announced through a press release.
• The application and participation fees is non-refundable US $249.
• After your payment is received, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire that will also require you to put your contact information. You may be contacted to get more details on your submission.
• If you are a sponsor, you must submit your logo / image whose dimensions should be no more than 125x75 pixels.
